Marketing Programs Specialist

**The Opportunity**

The Nutanix Campaigns and Program team is looking for an EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist to support the creation, execution, and enablement of integrated marketing programs. This role is 100% remote with some very occasional travel.

This role requires program development, hands-on implementation, project management, creative problem solving, and an understanding of business priority goals and objectives.

You will be working with European stakeholders to enable them to leverage programs and campaigns to deliver positive business outcomes. The role reports to the EMEA Senior Programs Manager.

You’ll have a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical, providing strategic solutions to business problems. You’ll use data and strategic insights to make informed decisions and calculated bets.

A master project manager you have immaculate attention to detail. You’re seen as the go-to person within your function to get things done. You understand the importance of communication and the value of tight relationships, cross-functionally as well as within your direct team.

**About the Team**

At Nutanix, you would be joining the EMEA Marketing Programs team, which is a part of a larger Go-To-Market (GTM) team consisting of 30 professionals spread across the globe. As the third member of the EMEA Marketing Programs team, you will contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. The team operates autonomously in their tasks but values teamwork and ownership, ensuring a supportive and efficient work culture.

You will report to the EMEA Senior Marketing Programs Manager, who will guide you through your responsibilities and provide mentorship as needed. At Nutanix, we offer a flexible work setup, and this role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the location of your choice. There is no requirement to go into the office, offering you the freedom to create a comfortable work environment that suits your needs and preferences.

The role entails local travel for meetings and events, with occasional trips across EMEA when necessary. This provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with international teams and gain diverse experiences while contributing to the growth and success of Nutanix's marketing initiatives.

**Your Role**
- Create and execute marketing programs that bring to life the strategy of the business
- Utilize a mix of marketing channels to meet qualified lead, pipeline and revenue goals
- Consistently iterate and improve on marketing programs through regular measurement and optimizationCollaborate effectively with key stakeholders across global & field marketing teams to drive end-to-end program results

**What You Will Bring**
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation or industry marketing role.
- Self-driven to fully ‘own your business’. Able to manage, agencies, internal stakeholders, etc
- Demonstrate experience building marketing programs/campaigns that incorporate the full mix of modern and traditional marcoms
- Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
- Skills engaging with field marketing and sales teams
- Track record of driving rapid lead and revenue growth through highly creative marketing programs
- Experience in lead nurturing, reporting and marketing analytics/dashboards
- Understanding of audience segmentation, data and list acquisition to build prospect lists for advanced targeting
- Understanding of technology buyer journeys
- Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using marketing tech such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of SPLASH OR HTML/CSS skills a plus.
