I am working on a newly created role for a Billings Specialist. This position will support the Senior Billings Coordinator to ensure that all invoices for this market leading and globally operating business are processed accurately, sent out in a timely manner and all associated queries are managed accordingly. This position can offer excellent career development opportunities and my client is keen to speak with experienced billings specialists (ideally with exposure to consolidated billing processes)
- Supporting with the invoicing of a high volume of orders including intercompany sales
- Working with Uk and overseas teams to resolve order book discrepancies
- Management of all customer query resolution. Following the process from the first POC to resolution in a timely manner, updating customers regularly.
- Processing credit invoices and re-invoicing as required
- Accurate checking of to reduce billing errors.
- Adherence to agreed processes in relation to new projects providing ongoing feedback once implementation in place.
- Production of consolidated invoices.
- Ensuring strong relationships are established and maintained with customers and internal colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in creation of customer invoices either as part of a dedicated billing role or the wider finance function.
- Intermediate - advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to VAT rules in relation to sales invoicing is highly advantageous
- Ability to effectively process a high number of requests across a range of tasks and clients.
- To be target driven and able to work to deadlines
- Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate at different levels.
- The ability to work as part of a large team and maintain strong internal relationships
- A positive and motivated approach to tasks with the desire to develop further in a billings position

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
