Enara Bio’s purpose is to shine a light on unconventional T cell targets to develop cancer immunotherapies designed to provide lasting benefit for broad patient populations. Our proprietary EDAPT platform enables us to discover a novel and differentiated class of cancer-specific targets from the genomic dark matter, which we call Dark Antigens. **Job Summary**:
Enara Bio is seeking a Senior Administrator who is looking for a new and exciting challenge within a dynamic start-up company. The role will be fast paced, in a rapidly changing environment, and will
require an experienced individual with confidence to own their areas of responsibility whilst acting as part of a broader administrative team.
**You will be expected to**:
The role will provide flexible support across the overall administrative needs of the organisation and reports to the Associate Director, Corporate and Executive Administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Executive Administration support to members of our Leadership Team
- Acting as part of a broader administrative team, provide flexible operational support across all functions
- Proactive diary management to assist in the scheduling of meetings (telephone, video conferencing, and face to face)
- Management of meeting resources including booking meeting rooms, arranging visitor access, and car parking spaces
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation as required
- Organising and maintaining office systems
- Supporting and helping to maintain and implement applicable company administrative process, databases, and filing systems
- Supporting with the preparation of corporate documents
- Event planning and coordination
- Back up support to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer as required
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the company, executive team, and the Associate Director, Corporate and Executive Administration
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience required**:
- 5+ years experience as an EA or PA to senior executive leaders
- Highly experienced with diary management, working across multiple calendars and time zones
- Comfortable being exposed to confidential information and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination with strong ownership
- Exposure to managing or being part of a project from inception to completion
- Able and comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Versatile, with the ability to react and adapt quickly to changes
- Confident prioritisation and excellent organisational skills, including time management
- An experienced problem-solver who takes a proactive approach and knows when to seek advice and ask for help
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business and create strong working relationships
- Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office (ideally experienced in using MSFT 365)
