**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
- Manage patient records, including updating information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
**Skills**
- Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanour with a professional appearance to represent the practice positively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £8,833.50-£23,809.50 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
