The role of Client Support is to provide PTPs clients with exceptional customer service and administration support, assisting the allocated Account Manager during both the sales and delivery process whilst identifying (both proactively and reactively) opportunities for additional business and referrals which will be subsequently driven by the Account Manager.

Success is measured on a range of measurables that may include both customer service matrix and other deliverables by way of salary and KPI related bonuses.

This role encompasses both order processing and pre-delivery administration as well as pre-sales support for the allocated Account Manager and can be a gateway to a Trainee Sales position (External Account Executive) or internal Key Account Management role within PTP.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Client Support Manager whilst working closely with your designated Account Manager you will be responsible for pre and post customer sales support and end-to-end correlation and processing of all required documentation to ensure the successful delivery of each client project. This will encompass areas including:

- Updating our CRM (Sales Force) and other internal business systems
- Collecting accurate scoping information and related documentation
- Assisting with the creation of Sales Proposals/Statement of Works
- Processing orders and liaising with clients to ensure we have all necessary documentation including: New Client Forms, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Authorisation Forms and Project related contact details etc
- Scheduling jobs and liaising with the allocated consultant to ensure effective communication with the client.
- Supporting with ‘post-sales’ deliverables including arranging post-test calls and meetings etc

You will be liaising regularly with members of PTPs sales, scoping, technical delivery, professional services/consultancy, and finance teams as part of this interesting and diverse role.

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
