**Performance Media Manager (FMCG)**
**Slough (2/3 days a week in the office)**
**Up to £45,000 + Bonus**
Mackenzie Jones have partnered with a globally recognised FMCG organisation which has a portfolio of hugely popular products which are in high demand right now. D2C sales are soaring within the business right now and as a result they’re looking to hire a PerformanceMedia manager who has strong paid social and strong agency management experience to drive the business fowards.
They’re looking to hire someone who is driven, energetic and enthusiastic. The attitude of the individual is going to ultimately determine who they hire
**Key skills required for this Performance Media Manager role**:

- You have at least 3 years Digital Marketing/Performance Media Marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent paid social experience is absolutely critical for this role.
- Proven experience of running Facebook/Google ads in-house.
- Proven experience of customer acquisition to drive E-Commerce sales.
- Strong agency management experience is required.
- Paid search experience is also beneficial.
