**Hyde is looking to recruit a Voids Property Cleaner.**

As a **Voids Cleaner** at Hyde, you will be working across a wide patch on the South Coast to carry out deep cleans on empty homes, ensuring they are safe, hygienic, and ready for new tenants. This role will cover a wide patch of areas from Southampton to Brighton.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out deep cleans in vacant properties, including environmental and end-of-tenancy cleans
- Remove furniture, rubbish, carpets, and non-approved fittings from all areas including basements and lofts
- Tidy and clear gardens, removing debris, fly-tipping, and overgrown vegetation
- Clean garages and sheds, including dismantling where needed
- Load and unload waste safely and transport it to an approved tip using the company van
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential - van and fuel card provided)
- Experience in deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, or environmental cleaning
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in varied property conditions
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
