Plant/ Diesel Fitter

**Position**: Plant / Diesel Fitter (Foreman’s Role)

**Location**: Banbridge, Northern Ireland

**Employment Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Plant / Diesel Fitter to take on a foreman'srole at our Banbridge depot, contributing their expertise to our skilled and dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair of plant equipment
- Provide rapid-response on-site repairs for breakdowns
- Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and implement solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior staff where required

**What We’re Looking For**
- Hands-on experience with plant equipment is a plus; expertise with engines is essential
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- A passion for continuous learning, particularly in diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions in the field

**Working Hours**
- **Monday to Thursday**: 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM
- **Friday**: 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
- Overtime is available.
