We are looking for a motivated and driven **Field Operations Manager** to join our field-based New Homes operations team, working on-site with our developers, partners and contractors covering the Western region from the West Midlands down tothe South West of England

This is a true field operations role, where no two days are same. Your working week can generally include visiting our customers on-site, working with the sub-contract and surveying team to ensure all installations and surveys are completed to a high-standard,identifying recruitment and upskilling needs for subcontractors within the region and working closely with our New Homes Sales Managers to support our New Home builders and their customers.

You will take ownership and drive success within the region by:

- Managing the P&L for the region to budget, ensuring fit costs are in line with budget.
- Recruitment and training and management of sub contract fitters and surveyors
- Proactively setting up sites, making sure that all customer enquiries are addressed, handled and actioned promptly.
- Visit customer sites, in the aim to promote operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
- Acting as the main point of contact between our Installers, customers and Head Office regarding installation and surveying queries.
- Minimising failure, ensuring Right First Time is achieved wherever possible.
- Manage the surveying of new plots in a timely manner
- Managing the regions remedial and guarantee claims.
- Ensuring compliance with Hammonds standards, policies, and procedures at all times, including full compliance with relevant Health and safety and environmental legislation.

Whilst it is ideal that you have experience within construction industry or new build market, it is not essential. We believe that product knowledge can be learned, and our full company induction and training opportunities will support with this. All thatwe ask is that you are a hands-on, customer-focused operations manager/site manager/regional manager, who can go above and beyond to develop and maintain customer relationships.

You will also need:

- A valid CSCS CARD, IOSH/NEBOSH qualification (Can be obtained on the job)
- Current full valid driving license
- You may be currently working in or have experience as a Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Site Manager, Installations Manager._
