Our reception team are looking for a new addition.

This is being advertised as a part-time role and we would be ideally looking for someone who possesses the ability to remain calm and professional when under the pressures of a fast paced environment, who is personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus. This person should be polite, confident and willing to upsell products, but most importantly always ensuring they see tasks through to completion. They should be self motivated yet willing to work as part of a team, and show initiative, as well as working to deadlines. They should be competent using a computer and all basic Microsoft packages, as well as a telephone system and will need to have good maths and English skills also.

Tasks will include: Answering phones, maintaining diaries across 6 busy surgeries, monitoring sales and stock levels of products, collating and reporting data, managing levels of practice debts, cashing up/banking, advising patients of recall appointments, dealing with suppliers, maintaining levels of open courses of treatment to complete on time. Assisting the team in matters of compliance, updating patient records, logging of any correspondence and helping the patients with any queries they may have.

Part-time hours: 24.5 per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
