Are you an experienced Head of Operations - Electronic Products looking for a new opportunity?
We are actively recruiting for a Head of Operations - Electronic Products, for our industry leading client in Bradford, who specialise in complex electronic communications.
The Head of Operations will have strategic and tactical responsibility and vision for implementing a forward-thinking production strategy that maximises efficiency, drives operational excellence that will optimise production levels. You will be working withinternal and external stakeholders initial across the business. You will be seeking for best in class production and business practices to deliver against customer expectations, managing teams and projects across the business.
Head of Operations - Electronic Products based in Bradford, will be responsible for the overall management of the Operations functions within the business, this includes Material Planning, Manufacturing, Support Facilities and Business Planning.
You must have a strong background in companies designing and manufacturing electronic products.
Responsibilities - Head of Operations - Electronic Products - Will include:
Being responsible for ensuring all operational departments work to achieve the committed Budget & OPRES targets whilst maintaining cost, quality and delivery commitments to both internal and external customers.
Develop internal strategy to improve and grow the business in conjunction with the Site Director and the Senior Management Team
Identification of and mitigating action of risk & opportunity within all operational and project led plans
To set & achieve Yearly, Monthly & weekly Orders, Sales, cash & Earning targets
Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning(SIOP).
The ideal Head of Operations - Electronic Products based in Bradford, will have experience which includes:
Proven senior operations leadership experience and strong knowledge of change management and business risk management.
Experience of the following would be ideal: P&L experience, Continuous improvement implementation, experience of developing and setting strategic direction.
This is a fantastic job opportunity where you will play a key role in the strategic functions and delivery of the Operations division.
