**Hours**:Typically follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 7:30pm - 7:30am

**Pay**:£12.42 per hour + pension, ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass - 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the world

**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**

We are looking for a Hotel Nights Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

Reporting to the Hotel Reception Manager the Hotel Nights Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with operational duties, and generally overseeing the hotel to ensure that it is running effectively, efficiently and any issues that might arise are dealt with promptly.

**About the role of Hotel Nights Coordinator**
- Leading the Hotel Nights team to inspire excellent customer service delivery within the hotel
- To be able to perform all duties carried out by the team throughout the night
- Act as incident controller to provide support and recovery to the Hotel
- Ensure that the Hotel is handed over in a clean and presentable manner each morning ready for operation
Maximise service delivery standards and cleanliness
- Ensure all cleaning is carried out and monitored according to the cleaning specifications for the hotel, ensuring cleaning schedules are completed nightly
- Ensure all Health & Safety documentation is recorded and up to date and a suitable filing system is in place

**About You**
- You will have proven experience carrying out a coordinator, duty manager or team leader role within a hotel environment
- Proven experience of working with the general public in a customer service or guest recovery role, with a passion for exceptional customer service standards
- Comfortable and confident to work night shifts according to the company roster and operational requirements of our Resort Hotels
- We are looking for a self-motivated leader, with excellent communication skills and a guest focussed mindset
