Ocado is seeking a game-changing individual to join our team as the Director of Partner Success Consulting..
The Director of Partner Success Consulting isn't just any leadership role. At Ocado, you will shape the future of our Partner Success division which will support the strategic growth of our partners and in turn ours. You will empower team members, enhancing partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with an unwavering passion for excellence, innovation, and a firm commitment to drive the team towards unmatched success.
Reporting into the Chief Partner Success Officer, you will refine our approach and help leverage our expertise in a more commercial manner, to maximise the value of the professional services that we provide and help to achieve the strategic objective of ensuring we have an appropriate model and resources.
***In this role you will;**
- Build a centre of excellence with a clear set of tools and playbooks.
- Lead and inspire: Cultivate a high-performing team of Partner Success Managers, fostering an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Create and implement processes in respect of scoping projects for clear requirements and then organising suitable resourcing, globally.
- Build and execute a training strategy for our Partner Success team to develop strategic partnerships and strengthen existing relationships while forging new ones.
- Drive operational excellence: Implement cutting-edge approaches, tailored to respond to the dynamic needs of partners, ensuring their success reflects positively on the Ocado brand.
- Build a framework for a new charge strategy model to drive revenue.
- Deliver unparalleled results: Set ambitious targets and create ways of working that exceed performance expectations.
- Act as the glue to connect the dots across the other key pillars in Partner Success and work closely with our Chief Partner Success Officer, supporting on strategic initiatives such as board paper preparation and helping define and drive the Partner Success Organisation forwards.
***About you (experience we seek)**
- Experienced Partner Success consultant used to delivering performance improvement projects - grocery/ e-com is highly desirable but not essential
- A strong understanding of how an end to end solution combining soft and hardware can drive organisational performance
- Demonstrable experience of owning and driving consulting projects, ideally from within a consulting house but also strong hands on experience of delivery
- A proven track record of success in leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to connect, influence, and negotiate at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of the online retail landscape, e-commerce strategies, and emerging trends.
- A relentless commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for fulfilling their ever-evolving needs.
- Experience of successfully leading complex change.
- Experience of developing and delivering business strategies and plans in complex business environments.
