Groundworker 360 Civils Operative

**About Us**:
Clearway Drainage Systems is a leading specialist in drainage solutions, renowned for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with top businesses across the UK. As we continue to expand and secure new long-term contracts, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Groundworker 360 Civils Operatives/Gangs to join our dynamic team.

**Salary**:

- Basic salary: £35,360 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Hourly rate: £17.00, with overtime paid at time and a quarter and/or time and a half as applicable

In this role, you will operate various equipment and vehicles to address a broad spectrum of drainage issues, including emergency call-outs, blockages, repairs, and reinstatements. You will be involved in high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) and other general drainage tasks.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:

- Essential: Experience with quick hitch operation and knowledge of remedial drainage works
- Desirable: CSCS, CPCS, HPWJ, Confined Space, EUSR Water Hygiene, NRASW Signing, Lighting & Guarding certifications (training can be provided)
- Proficient in operating excavators up to ten tonnes for drainage, trench work, and digging around live services
- Strong organizational skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues across commercial, residential, and industrial sites
- Willingness to undertake training and development as needed
- Adherence to Health & Safety and Quality Procedures

**Essential Requirements**:

- Full UK driving license with towing capabilities (preferably no more than 3 points)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early starts as required (24/7 operation)
- Availability for a reasonable amount of overtime
