## Job Overview

Duties could include:

- Working as part of the husbandry team, caring for plants and the nursery.
- Watering.
- Working on the potting team to include potting plants and standing them down.
- Working as part of the dispatch team to pick orders ensuring that plants are dispatched on time and at the correct quality.
- Working with our propagation team and hedge planting team.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience in a horticulture environment is desirable but not essential.
- You will be working in a busy, outdoor environment so a willingness to work outdoors in all weathers is essential.
- A good level of physical fitness is required.
- You will need the ability to work as part of a team and also complete solo tasks within timescales set by Supervisors to help the team achieve production targets.
- You will need to be punctual and reliable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
