At Hughes Pharmacy you will support the Pharmacy team to deliver great service to our customers. Building relationships with our customers and our team is at the heart of what we do.

Your main responsibilities will be ensuring the smooth running of the shop floor. You will manage stock levels and provide the best level of care and advice for our customers. You will assist with sales and cash transactions, stocking and tidying the shelves, date checking items and providing customers information on common ailments. This is a self-motivated role in a busy and fast paced pharmacy. You must be willing to complete further training/ courses within the Pharmacy. All training is provided.

We are really excited for a new member to join our team. We run as a team and we love to hear about new ideas and ways we can grow the business. There are a variety of shift patterns available. We’re early birds and night owls, flexibility is really important to us as you will need to be able to work some late shifts (finish at 6.30pm) and every other weekend.

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous relevant experience within retail or a similar role
- Must be **fully flexible** to work according to the rota
- Team worker
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be prepared to complete training courses within the pharmacy

**Desirable Criteria** **Previous relevant experience working in a pharmacy or studying a related discipline**
- NPA Interact Course or Equivalent
