Customer Success Manager Customer Success Manager. A Bristol based contact centre is looking for a permanent Client Account Manager / Customer Success Manager who will be hired on a temp to perm basis, 13 weeks temp to perm. The Client Account Manager / Customer Success Manager key responsibilities are: - Establish clear goals and milestones that you and the customer will be working towards. - Help customers receive value quickly by managing product implementation and onboarding. - Drive additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption. - Contribute to revenue generation through renewals, upsells and expansions. - Synthesise customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs. - Create "raving fans" and advocates among your customer base. The Customer Success Manager / Client Account Manager is the following: - An experienced client account manager from a contact centre environment. - You are highly driven and self-starting. - You have an awareness of commercial arrangements and are business savvy. - You love to build deep trust-based relationships with customers. - You can identify opportunities and create a win-win for customers and the company. - You can deliver against a plan and can quickly identify and bring a plan back on course if the scope is creeping. - You have a high degree of empathy, able to identify customer pain points quickly. - You are always looking for ways to create value to both the customer and the business The Customer Success Manager / Client Account Manager will start on £22-24ph depending on experience.
