**About Us**:
We are a small, dynamic embroidery and printing company, passionate about delivering high-quality custom designs and products for our clients. As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of creative and operational tasks, working in a collaborative and friendly environment.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and creative apprentice to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with design projects, customer service, and daily business operations. While digital design training will be provided by an external training provider, you’ll get hands-on experience in other aspects of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing artwork for customer approval before production
- Designing catalogues, brochures, and visuals for website banners (with support from the training provider)
- Creating media for social posts and designing promotional materials (banners, clothing, business cards, etc.)
- Assisting with general office / workroom cleaning
- Managing stock levels, processing incoming orders, and restocking clothing items
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries both in-store and online
- Taking orders from customers in-store and via our online platform

**Optional**:

- Learning the garment printing and embroidery process (depending on capability and performance, training may be offered further down the line)

**Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For**:

- A creative flair and passion for design (training for digital aspects will be provided externally)
- Willingness to learn and take on various tasks
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Pay: £6.40 per hour
