**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on, story-obsessed **Videographer** to join our growing creative team.

This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk editing job.

It’s for someone who wants to **own the full production process**, from helping plan the shoot, to leading it on set, to delivering beautiful final edits that make our clients proud.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team and clients across the UK and US, you’ll help shape narratives, build relationships, and take the lead on set when it’s time to bring the brief to life.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate on **pre-production planning**: storyboarding, shot planning, logistics, equipment setup
- Attend shoots and **take the lead on camera, lighting, and sound**:

- Create **cinematic hero films** and **short-form content** for social, web, and campaign use
- Manage footage, edit timelines, and **deliver high-quality final videos** on brief and on time
- Communicate with clients throughout production to ensure feedback is heard and applied
- Contribute ideas to elevate storytelling, visuals, and creative direction
- Stay on top of visual trends, tools, and best practices in video content, marketing and branded storytelling

**You’ll Need**
- 2+ years experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or Filmmaker (agency or freelance)
- A strong **showreel or portfolio** demonstrating storytelling, cinematography, and editing
- Confidence **working on set** with clients and talent
- Experience with **camera operation, sound, lighting, and directing**:

- Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut a bonus)
- Ability to manage time, juggle projects, and hit deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, we’re a team-first culture
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
