**Fuel Point / Vehicle Servicing Assistant (Night Shifts)**

Superb opportunity for an individual to join the friendly team at Arriva TrainCare’s train servicing depot in Eastleigh on a permanent contract.

Working as part of the Light Maintenance Team, as a Fuel Point / Servicing Assistant you’ll take on a varied role, that includes efficiently operating the fuel point and CET plant to deliver the highest possible performance as a team member. Cover the Operational Controller duties as and when required. Carry out overnight servicing on a variety of customer trains, including, but not limited to the replenishment of coolants, oils, fuels, sanding systems and screenwash.

**The Package**

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working an average of 37 hours per week, on a 4 on / 4 off night shift roster between the hours of 8pm to 6:30am.

**Our Requirements - Fuel Point / Servicing Assistant**
- Previous experience in and understanding of rail vehicle maintenance activities, ideally with an NVQ Level 2 in Engineering or BTEC / City & Guilds equivalent
- A solid understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental standards
- Ability to problem solve and communicate well as part of a team and on your own
