Job Introduction
Heritage Portfolio are currently looking for **Front of House staff** to add to their casual team at Café Portrait. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team.

Café Portrait is a 100-seater, assisted counter-service Café situated in the Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh. We are much loved by our regulars for our location, our salads, soups, hot food and home baking.

The emphasis is on fresh, tasty food prepared daily, Everything is made in our kitchen is made from scratch, incorporating seasonal ingredients where possible.

**Rate of pay : Starting from £10.50 per hour**

**Full time and Part time hours**

Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
- **Experienced as a front of house team member**:

- Barista trained / experienced preferred
- Cash handling experience
- Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
- Fantastic communication skills both orally and written
- A high standard of personal presentation
