Within the Care in the Home division, we support individuals with complex health needs to live at home.

We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker **at our young clients care package in **Gloucester.**

**When you'll be working**:

- Bank position for sickness and holiday cover
- The shifts we provide are: Monday 9am - 2pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am - 3pm

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our young client in her early twenties with complex health needs in her own home and out in the community. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

- 11.50 per hour
