**Job Title: Recruitment Consultant**
**Location: Warwick**
**Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission**
**Type: Full-Time | Permanent**

Are you a **driven, self-motivated** individual with proven experience in recruitment or a similar fast-paced, sales-focused role? We’re looking for an experienced **Recruitment Consultant** to join our, small boutique agency - **Warwick Recruit.**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on achieving results, building lasting relationships, and taking ownership of their success.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing the full 360° recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to placement and client management
- Proactively developing new business opportunities with clients across your given industry
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts across various platforms
- Meeting and exceeding targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role** - this is not an entry-level position
- A **target-driven mindset** with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both on the phone and in person
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive setting
