Supply Lecturer

**About The Role**:
**J**oin Our Supply Team as a Foundation Learning Lecturer in Further Education**

The role will involve teaching across a range of study programmes, particularly in English, maths, IT employability, personal and social development skills, working with students who are at risk of being NEET and also to ESOL students from entry level 2 to level 1.

What's more, is that as a group of 6 colleges (Ashford, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone, Sheppey) in East Kent as well as apprentice and adult training units, you can be considered for work in our other environments. This could be a great step towards a career with us as a group. We have a history of our Supply Lecturers being successful in further roles within our group.

As a Supply Lecturer you will;
- ensure a high-quality learning experience
- provide support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential
- Please note that our Supply Lecturers are paid £18 per hour worked and if planning and admin is required, a further half an hour may be claimed per hour of teaching. £135 per day is therefore for rate for 5 hours teaching with 2.5 hours of planning and admin. _
- A_ny addition to the approved staffing list is not a guarantee of employment or hours of work. _Once you have been interviewed and all pre-employment checks are complete, you will then be placed within the supply pool of staff available for temporary work.
