Abbatt Dual Management are currently recruiting Temporary Seasonal Concierges for a number of different residential developments located in the City of London.

As a Temporary Seasonal Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the developments; you will be the first and main point of contact for all queries. Yourkey day-to-day duties will involve operation of the Concierge Desk, reporting to head office management and monitoring on-site security.

These positions are primarily customer focused and require that you meet and greet all residents and visitors. As a concierge you will create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets residents needs and expectationsas well as representing Abbatt Dual Management with excellence.

**Concierge key duties**:

- Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services
- Receiving and keeping safe registered mail and deliveries for residents
- Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues
- Conducting regular site inspections and operations
- Acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests
- Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff
- We are looking for hard working self-motivated people who can work at a fast pace.
- Someone who can be relied upon to turn up to work every day and be on time
- A team player who will work to increase productivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Health and Safety processes
- Great attention to detail

**Working Hours**:Varied shifts, Day & Night, (8-12hrs) 0hr contract

**Salary**:£10 - £11.21ph

**Location**: City of London, temporary roles may include South, East & West London.

**Must be flexible, as you will be required to work in various location
