Kitchen Porter

We are looking to recruit a **Kitchen Porter** at **The Park Hotel, Liverpool,** who has some established knowledge of the hospitality industry.

The ultimate goal of all kitchen employees is to support the delivery of excellent customer service, in order to create a unique experience for the customer which makes them want to return. The Kitchen Porter should be a positive, loyal, and proud member of the team.

**Some duties include**:

- Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen production areas.
- Washing dishes manually and also by using the dishwasher.
- Assisting in basic food preparation.
- Maintain the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations.
- Storing away all crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor.
- Complying with the daily cleaning rotas.
- Taking all dirty linen and cloths from the kitchen to the hotel laundry.
- Ensuring that at the end of the shift the kitchen is ready for the morning staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
