**Your Role: What You’ll Achieve**

At Get Set UK, we believe employability is everyone’s business. As an Employability Recruitment Consultant you’ll help people move into work by coaching them to job-readiness and linking them to live vacancies. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in recruitment, sales, or the employability sector, with the tools, training, and support to grow.

In this role, you will:

- ** Strategic Direction**: Understand the goals of your programme and align your daily activity to deliver job outcomes and great employer matches

This role is ideal for someone with early experience in sales, recruitment, account management, someone who’s ready to take ownership, be part of a mission-led team, and build a career in the sector.

Specifically, you bring:

- Experience in a people-facing role, recruitment, retail, sales, or account management are all great starting points
- Motivation to work towards targets and keep yourself accountable
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- A desire to learn, improve, and grow into a high-performing Employer Relationships Manager
