**Site Supervisor/ Manager (SSSTS) - Manchester**
We are looking for an experienced and reliable **Site Supervisor (SSSTS qualified)** to join our team in Manchester, working on a major residential development within a historic listed building.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and trades on a live construction site
- Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitor progress against programme and report to the Site/Project Manager
- Maintain accurate site records and carry out inductions, toolbox talks, and site checks
- Liaise with heritage and conservation professionals where required
- Assist with logistics, deliveries, and maintaining safe access routes
**Requirements**:
- Valid **SSSTS certification** (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- **CSCS card** (essential)
- First Aid at Work certificate (preferred)
- Proven supervisory experience on **residential or refurbishment projects**:
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience working on **heritage or listed buildings** (highly desirable)
