Customer Service Manager required by global manufacturing company to work at their site near Stroud. The successful Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the Customer Service team and providing training when required.

Main Duties - Customer Service Manager
- Providing leadership to the Customer Service Team.
- Carrying out appraisals and providing training.
- Overseeing the customer order process from receipt to dispatch.
- Providing management information to support with forecasting and stock management.
- Raising export paperwork, arranging export and resolving delivery issues.
- Supporting the finance team with overdue accounts.
- A strong working knowledge of export regulations.
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The flexibility to travel, to fulfil the needs of the role as and when required.
- The ability to work on own initiative.
