**Brief Role Description**:
Gray Healthcare is the UK's leading specialist provider of individually tailored community-based support. We are growing and need an experienced Recruiter to deliver attraction activity to find the best Support Workers that the area has to offer You will be office-based in Wavertree, Liverpool.

**Main Responsibilities**:
You will work work in collaboration with the Operational team in the area to increase brand awareness in the community and further afield. We need someone who can bring creative thinking and problem solving to their approach. Specialist training will be provided to help you understand the nature of the service that we provide, visiting with the people that we support to find a perfect match of support staff.

You must be an experienced recruiter, ideally having worked in Health and Social care before with a passion for making a difference to people's lives.

You will have experience of planning creative recruitment campaigns and inspiring those around you. Attention to detail is essential as are excellent communication skills.

We are a small team but we believe passionately about what we do, working together to achieve the best outcomes for the business and the people that we support.
