**Production Planner**

Based at our site in Low Marnham, Newark, you will be responsible for the scheduling of production and dispatch to meet customer requirements. This role will be Monday
- Friday 8am-4pm. We are looking for a team player with an excellent attendance record.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan production of all product lines to ensure there is time for analysis to be carried out before despatch
- Check analysis of product and assign to customers based on results
- Inform despatch of product to be loaded and any product not within specification
- Plan the movement of goods between storage locations
- Develop and maintain quarterly loading schedules
- Liaise with customers to ensure any shortfalls in orders will not impact their production
- Maintain Stock records
- Produce a forecast for sales on predicted available volumes
- Monitor stock to ensure there are no shortage of stock
- Monitor stock to ensure space is available for production requirements
- Comply with the site health, safety & environment requirements.

**Requirements**:

- A strong communicator with a logical approach to problem solving
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages, especially excel
- A good level of English at both verbal and written
- Ideally some planning experience in a similar role

**Due to site location, own transport is essential.**
