**The role**

You will use your creative experience and innate understanding of colour, design and custom home furnishings to provide advice, guidance and support on all Just Fabrics products. Acting in a professional and efficient manner as well as working in conjunction with each Showroom team, you will organise and plan home visits assisting customers with the measuring and choosing of fabrics for their window/soft furnishing projects. You will be responsible for guiding our customers through the whole sales process from design, material selection and installation as well as following up with any after sales queries.

Job responsibilities:

- Secure appointments and Sales in-person from the Showroom or via leads from other sources.
- Build rapport with customers to enable future opportunities and to form new client relationships by utilising all available Sales opportunities.
- Offer a broad selection of fabrics, trims, tracks, poles and accessories by understanding the products offered by the business and how best they work in practise.
- Maintain an awareness of current trends in design and home décor.
- Identify customer’s needs and present and sell the most appropriate products by relying on a strong knowledge of fabrics and design principles.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills which enables times to be spent productively for scheduled in-home visits, attend install and/or customer satisfaction check visits.
- Approachable and confident when meeting with customers for in-store follow-up appointments as well as the ability to manage and and perform administrative duties related to processing orders.
- Willingness to work a flexible pattern as required especially during periods of promotions, sales, and stock takes
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales
- Support and provide cover for other Home Consultants during periods of absence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
