**Salary - £26,666.64 + benefits (Day shift - 08:00-20:00, 4 on 4 off)**

Arc is an industry-leading and award-winning CCTV Operating and Alarm Receiving Centre. We monitor sites across the UK from our high-spec, busy control room. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time CCTV Operator to join our team on a day shift pattern.

What We Expect from Our CCTV Operator:
As a CCTV Operator at Arc, you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring CCTV activity for suspicious or criminal behavior across various client sites.
- Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients, and security companies.
- Updating and reporting on client information and creating concise incident reports.
- Handling and managing alarms efficiently and in a timely manner.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A sharp eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A professional telephone manner with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing both phone calls and monitoring duties.
- A strong sense of teamwork and a commitment to supporting colleagues.

This role would be perfect for someone with prior experience in call handling and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Training & Screening:

- In-house training (minimum 20 hours) will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the role. The training hours can be adjusted to suit individual needs.
