**BAKER**

**Full time - To include Saturdays (likely 2 in every 4, but this is tbc)**

**We are looking for someone to help with some of the more physically demanding aspects of working in our bakery. Jobs will include making bread, pasties, sausage rolls, pizzas etc, and patisserie work. You will need to be flexible and happy to work in all areas of the bakery kitchen.**

**Hours of work will be approximately 3:30/4am - 11:30/12noon. But could be changeable i.e. 5am - 1pm etc depending on needs at the time. Working 5 days per week. We are closed on Sundays.**

**Experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef / Chef required**

**Main attributes we are looking for**:

- **Physically fit and strong as this is a physically demanding role**:

- **Flexible attitude towards doing any of the kitchen duties within the team**:

- **Experience as a baker or pastry chef, able to bring knowledge**:

- **Happy and able to do early mornings (Starting around 4am, exact times tbc)**:

- **Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace adapting to changing demand**

**We would prefer this position to be filled by someone who sees Sandford’s as a long-term position.**
