**Salary**: NJC 3-5 £24,027 - £24,790 (FTE) - £20,574 -£21,227 (Actual Salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

**Hours**:37 per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time + inset days)
**Contract**:Permanent
**Start date**:Feb/March 2025

**You’re someone who’ll be able to**:

- Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
- Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging.
- Be flexible, positive and compassionate.

**You’re someone who has**:

- Have experience of working with young people.
- Level 2 functional skills Maths and English or GCSE grade C/ 4 and above.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
- Trained in/ or willing to complete Teaching Assistant training
