Our client is a leading FMCG Distributor, who are currently recruiting for a brand new role at their RDC in Harlow, Essex. As Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the busy operations teams across both Warehouse andTransport.
With c6 Direct Reports and c200 FTEs on site, as Site Operations Manager (Warehouse, Stock and Transport) you will be responsible for the day to day management of this £multi-million state of the art operation with the following accountability:
- Drive operational performance, ensuring KPIs are hit, both financially and operationally.
- Manage the operational budget, ensuring all targets are met and / or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with all H&S processes
- Lead the Site management team, providing leadership and expertise; driving a culture of continuous improvement
- From a similar Operation, you will have successfully managed and led Warehouse and Transport operations within a FMCG environment.
- Commercially astute, you will have a track record of managing and achieving £multi-million budgets.
- Moreover, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional operational efficiencies and improvements through CI / project management.
- Evidence of an effective track record of people management and leadership
