Gloucester, United Kingdom Freemans Event Partners Full time

**£15 per hour**
**Fixed-Term Contract with an immediate start until the end of 2025**
**22.5 hours per week, 3 days a week, based at Gloucester HQ**

You’ll be the key link between applicants, our staffing team, and on-site managers, ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, fully briefed and ready to deliver excellence.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce planning, or event operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios
- Confident using staffing systems, spreadsheets, and communications tools
- Calm, friendly, and solutions-focused

**Responsibilities**:
Your role will vary, but typically includes:

- Supporting the staffing team with onboarding, screening, and right-to-work compliance
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Providing hands-on support at events, including staff check-ins and welfare oversight
