Nurses who are willing to undertake an internally delivered coaching and mentorship programme and to support our core care practitioners receive an annual salary of £45,630 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week. Nurses who prefer to focus on delivering great care will receive an annual salary of £41,067 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week. For more information about the role **please review the attached Job Description.** **About the home** At Lauriston, we provide residential, nursing and residential dementia care for our 60 residents, in purpose-built, en suite accommodation.
