FRS are recruiting a Finance & Business Support Assistant for IT business based on the outskirts of Warwick. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international business and have a hybrid finance / office role The role offers hybrid working with2-3 days per week working from home and a great benefit package
Working within a finance team of 3 and reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for an array of duties ranging from processing invoices and supporting month end duties to supporting the Directors with arranging business travel andtaking part in organising / booking company events
**Finance duties to include**
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Processing bank statements (including multi-currency accounts)
- Assisting with month end, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations
- Assisting with the processing of staff expenses and monthly credit cards
- Financing, billing and monthly submission of financials relating to company vehicles
**Office Admin duties to include**
- Answering phones
- Keeping annual leave / absence records updated
- Company event organisation
- Booking hotels / flights / car parking
- Ordering of stationary and other consumables
- Provide a solid administrative support service to the business
**Package**
- A salary of circa £24k but negotiable depending on experience
- 25 days holiday rising with each years service to the business
