**Job Description**:
**We are recruiting Care Professionals, to join our growing team in the evenings and alternate weekends.**

**What does being a Care Professional involve?**
- Visiting and supporting our local clients - ensuring they continue to live independently in their **own homes** for as long as possible.
- 1 to 1 time with clients
- Spending time, and not rushing.
- Ensure that the environment in which they live is safe and clean.
- Provide companionship based care and support.
- Provide ongoing, continuity of care.

**Recruitment Assessment Process**
- If you are successful, you will be invited to complete 3 assessment days in the office in Deddington.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a means of transport as clients are predominately cared for in their own homes, or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings and can live in remote areas
- Car Insurance (including business insurance)
- Live locally in North Oxfordshire or South West Northamptonshire

Additional Information
- You will travel outside of the advertised town, but never further than North Oxfordshire or South West Northamptonshire.
