**You are**:
- Copywriting experience essential.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ESPs or customer engagement platforms.
- Highly detail orientated.
- Proven ability to use analytics and run A/B tests to improve communications.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Efficient and hardworking with a flexible and hands-on approach.
**You will**:
Work across 2 exciting brands:
**Mindful Chef**
- Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentives to drive performance.
**Slimming World**
- Manage core customer journeys across customer and lead profiles (triggered)
- Execute tactical campaigns (highly targeted and measurable - this could be reactivation, to drive reviews/boost loyalty/engagement)
