We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in Nonsuch Primary School, Chadacre Road, Epsom KT17 2HQ

Working Hours: Breakfast Club 7:30 - 9:00 and After School Club 15:00 - 18:00

Contract: 22.5 hrs per week during term time (up to 40 hrs per week available during holiday clubs if desired)

A Day in the life of our Deputy Setting Manager

As a Deputy Setting Manager, you will be responsible for
- Supporting the Setting Manager by being the voice of your club, using your experience, qualifications and our policies to create an exciting play environment for children to thrive.
- Assist in leading a team of educators to provide a whole of child approach to learning
- Planning and engaging with children in entertaining and educational play.
- Supervising children to ensure their safety and security is a primary focus
- Being a leader, empowering your team to deliver within safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

For your adventure:
We know that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but here are some things that will help you get the job:

- Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification
- Some experience working with 4 to 11 year old children is essential
- Previous experience managing a high performing team
- Enthusiasm and a passion for people.
- Excellent communication skills
- You’re a big kid at heart
- Paediatric first aid qualification is a nice to have (we can organise this for you).
