**About the Role**

As an **Experienced Warehouse and Stock Operative**, you’ll be at the heart of our operational success. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Picking and Packing**: Accurately picking and preparing goods for dispatch to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly.
- **Cutting and Preparation**: Using saws to cut products to precise specifications while adhering to strict safety standards.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Safely loading vehicles for delivery and unloading wagons or containers using proper equipment.
- **Stock Organisation**: Managing inventory, organising stock, and assisting with regular stocktaking to maintain accurate records.
- **Operational Support**: Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
