We are looking for a new **Rota Administrator** to join us in our **Colchester or Ipswich office** on a full time basis, supporting our National Clinical Healthcare team who are based across the UK.
In this role, you would be **creating and filling rotas** to ensure that clinicians are on hand to support our Out-Of-Hours and Clinical Assessment Services, when they are experience increased call volumes. You would be **using shift pattern information** as well as be calling bank and locum staff to arrange shifts.
Whilst speaking to staff and arranging shifts, you would also be**reporting** any queries and problems that arise, assisting in investigations where necessary. This may include any expected shortages on the rotas, or noting any trends in staff’sability to cover shifts such as late arrivals or non-attendance.
The majority of your role would be centred around the rotas, but you would be also be providing administration support for the Rota Manager in a variety of other duties including filing and preparing documents. Overall, you would be **a key member of the team** and a main point of contact for staff and managers alike.
You will be an experienced administrator who is confident with rotas or similar coordination duties. You will have a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on your accuracy. As sudden rota changes may arise, you will also have an organised approach to workingand prioritising.
