**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 (13:30 on Fridays)
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Temporary Contract (Temp to Perm)

**About the Role**:
Join Dorset Council as a **Loader** and be part of a team committed to maintaining a clean and sustainable community. This is an active role where you'll assist in waste and recycling collection, interact with the public professionally, and help ensure safety on-site.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Load and unload materials efficiently.
- Collect household, business, and other waste or recycling.
- Sort recyclable materials to support environmental sustainability.
- Assist drivers with vehicle safety and movement.
- Perform general cleaning and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions with significant physical activity.

**Requirements**:

- Right to work in the UK.
- PPE (Mid-sole safety shoes + Hi-Vis).
- Willingness to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with the public.
- Compliance with health and safety standards, including random drug testing.
