Quest Search & Selection are working for a retailer who is looking for a POS Assistant to support within this multi-faceted retail & food business. In this role you will be responsible for the creation of in-store Point Of Sale (POS) in line with brand guidelines and promotional launches;
**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for any ad-hoc POS requests and work with the Commercial team on any additional promotions which require signage
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Marketing and Store teams, handling any ad-hoc POS requests they may have,
- Forward plan POS and budget activity to ensure each store has a suitable POS package that is cost-effectively
- Maintain a record of print jobs and oversee, monitor and report on POS spend
- Keep the POS software up-to-date and accurate
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Key requirements**:

- Ideally at least 6 months of experience within an office or retail environment
- Interest in marketing or design is desirable but not essential
- Good administrator skills
- Good communicator - verbal and written
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solver
- Ability to work across multiple brands
