Trainee Broker

We are seeking a New Business Executive, As part of a growing team you will be working in a new open plan office in an informal environment. Being local will be an advantage. Sales/negotiating experience is not essential as training is provided. However, you must possess clear communication skills, positive attitude to achieve sales targets and be highly driven to succeed.

Location: Northfleet, Kent

Hours; 3pm to 8pm

Pay: £9.00PH with uncapped commission structure, On target earnings are £50k plus in commissions Per year

We welcome applicants with previous sales/negotiating experience who are able to adapt to new ways of working.

You will be communicating with International Company Directors throughout America & Canada to whom you will be selling a marketing package that allows them to build and develop their export business.

Day-to-Day responsibilities:

- High volume, out-bound calling to initiate new business leads
- Identify Sales opportunities through effective questioning and objection handling
- Work together with the Senior Account Managers to close new business deals
- Sourcing leads through online trade shows
To be successful in the role you will need to have a strong mix of the following:

- Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
- Self-starter, with the ability to manage your time effectively
- Confident in speaking to company owners
- Thrives on the buzz of making a sale
- The want to win new business
