Security Officer

As a Security Officer, you are at the heart of our operation. We are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and observations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is beneficial
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent customer service skills

We may require you to work on different sites fulfilling different duties and working a variety of different shift patterns, therefore you will be required to have a flexible approach to the work offered and willing to travel for 25-30 miles. It is beneficial if you have your own transport.
