Cru and Stockroom Supervisor

**CRU SUPERVISOR**

Menzies Distribution are looking for CRU Supervisor to join our team in our returns department. You’ll be working on behalf of **Menzies Distribution Limited** and its customers. Providing a first class service with our team in Belfast, this role is based on working 37 Hours per week over the folloiwng shifts**:
Monday: 08:00 - 16:00

Tuesday: 08:00 - 16:00

Wednesday: 08:00 - 16:00

Thursday 08:00 - 16:00

Friday 08:00 - 15:30

This role attracts a £40 per week responsibility pay. ** New Pay Rates as of 1st April

**CRU SUPERVISOR**DUTIES**
- Oversee Stockroom / CRU operations
- Stockroom / CRU staff management
- Report back to Senior leadership
- Ensure customer returns are processed accordingly
- Scanning of overstock into stockroom
- Carry out stock inventory
- Carry out stock movements
- Deal with publisher requests and returns
- Assemble customer supplies according to packing specifications.
- Locate over-stocks, enabling efficient compiling of customer orders.
- Check the quality of packed orders.
- All stockroom duties.
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.

**CRU SUPERVISOR**REQUIREMENTS**

- Positive 'can do’ and hardworking approach to work
- Appetite for supporting colleagues
- Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A FLT licence would be advantageous but not essential
