This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long established property organisation who are leaders within their fields and who offer excellent career progression.

**The Role**:
We are seeking to hire a **Property Caretaker, Gardener, Mobile Cleaner **to clean and turn around our void flats and looking after the external and internal of our properties. All the properties we manage are within the Enfield/ Haringey areas.

You will be mobile cleaning and looking after a number of buildings, cleaning the communal areas of buildings and void vacancies as they arise.

**Cleaning duties will include**:

- Clearing & cleaning void properties
- Cleaning communal areas
- Vacuum carpeted areas
- Mopping communal floors
- Damp dusting fixtures and fittings
- Low level window cleaning
- Cleaning kitchen areas

**Caretaker Duties include**:

- Preparing vacant rooms as they become vacant
- Painting & decorating
- General handyman skills
- Inspecting voids.
- Collecting materials from our suppliers.
- Making rooms look attractive for rental.
- Taking quality pictures for our online advertising/ portals.
- Change locks for voids.
- Carry out viewings to rent the vacant units.
- Conduct tenancy check in.
- Rectify fire panel faults.
- Health & Safety Inspections.

**Gardening Duties**
- Grass cutting

- General garden maintenance
- Pruning & hedging
- Litter picking
- Driving license required

Working hours: 8am-5pm daily or more flexible if required, 9am-3pm

Work phone and fuel card available to undertake the role.

Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
